VIDEO: Romanian Model With A 20-Inch Waist (Ioana Spangerberg)

No, it’s not Photoshop. And no, it’s not surgery. According to Romanian model Ioana Spangerberg, her 20-inch waist is all natural.
We were introduced to Spangerberg, 30, by UK tabloid The Sun, which should probably be taken with a grain of salt. And while her career is still bourgeoning (we have yet to see her in any actual fashion spreads or magazines), Spangerberg’s measurements are eerily reminiscent of Vogue Italia’s September cover, featuring an eerily photoshopped Stella Tennant. Tennant’s figure was inspired by Ethel Granger, proud owner of history’s smallest waist, a 13-inch circumference achieved by corsetry.

Sweden: Police Teacher Issued Warning After Monkey Comments
A Swedish Police Teacher was Issued warning after making Amazon and Monkey comments to a student with a foreign background during several training exercises.
An instructor within the Swedish police force has been accused of hate crimes for representing a trainee officer with a foreign background as a “monkey”.
“Yes, they don’t do anything else in the jungle besides hanging from vines,” eyewitnesses confirmed the instructor said as he observed the trainee crossing the monkey bars during an obstacle course exercise, according to the complaint filed in regards to the event with the National Police Board (Rikspolisstyrelsen).
The self-defense instructor supposedly paid specific attention to one man with a foreign background who he constantly referred to as ‘from the Amazon’.
The event took place in the course of a training event in December 2010, and numerous eyewitnesses attested to hearing the remarks.
The instructor, nevertheless, repudiated any recall of mentioning the jungle, yet acknowledged he may possibly have made the association with a monkey.
The “monkey” remark was specified alongside a number of related insulting statements directed at the same student and purportedly took place from late 2010 through 2011.
Majority of the commentaries revolved around the student’s talents in a number of training exercises, and the trainer habitually referred to the Amazon during the insults.
The tutor was first accused of hate crimes; however, the police later let go of the investigation, declaring that not enough people heard the name-calling for the case to be categorized as a hate crime.
The police have as an alternative issued the teacher with a warning, which the investigation team contemplates is harsh enough bearing in mind both the crime and its consequence.
The student was part of a study group from Södermanland, eastern Sweden. The episode transpired at a police academy in Solna north of Stockholm.

Baby Girl Murdered Live on Skype by Mum While Boyfriend Watched
Horror Skype Call! Baby Girl Murdered Live on Skype by Mum While Boyfriend Watched. The baby was drowned in a bucket of water at 3 am while her British boyfriend watched live over the internet through Skype.

Norwegian Yasmin Chaudhry submerged the one-year-old girl head first into the water during a 3 am Skype video call with his British boyfriend.
According to 26 years old Chaudhry, she wanted to know how to discipline her baby for waking and “disobeying her”. Both Chaudhry and the British man — who is not the baby’s father and has not been named — have denied their intention was to kill the child.
Officers from Oslo flew to Britain to quiz the boyfriend with the help of Scotland Yard shortly before Christmas. According to Police prosecutor Kristin Rusdel, “They have the same story, but with some differences.
“She says he instructed her to do it, whereas he says that they more or less figured it out together after talking about how to discipline her.
“He says the intention was never to kill the child. They were both very scared and decided to cover it up.
“He is her internet boyfriend. They met once in real life and carried on the relationship over the net for about a year.” The horror unfolded in October 2010. Chaudhry told an ambulance crew the baby had fallen into the bucket accidentally. The girl was pronounced dead next day.

Chaudhry was arrested on suspicion of murder and her five-year-old son was taken into care. On the 5th of January 2012, she was taken into custody until the 4th of February.
Ms Rusdel confirmed a preliminary murder charge had been filed against the British boyfriend and added: “We are discussing extradition.”
The baby’s father now lives in Pakistan after ending his relationship with the mother. According to his lawyer, “He is, of course, very shocked.”

New forms of money gambling emerge on a daily basis and people continue to fall for these scams hoping they will acquire fast cash. A recent incident has left a Cameroonian and French Gang trapped Over “Black Money Scam” in Pattaya.
Some couple of days ago, police Lt. Col Chitdecha Songhong, the chief of Thailand Transnational Coordination center arrested four suspects in the front of Lido hotel in Pattaya who were all charged with fraud. Among these suspects were two Cameroonians; Mr. Neba Fuh Frederick aged 28 years and Mr. Jean Messolo who is 36 years old. In addition, there was also a 26 years old man from Guinea known as Mr. Camara Ahmed as well as a 40 years old French man who was identified as Mr. Vincent Philipot.
After carrying out an investigation, the four suspects owned up to residing at Lido Hotel in room 301. There, the police found 6,000 squared papers cut to the size of US dollar bills, five bank notes of unknown origin, an aluminum box, and a piece of luggage. All the equipment were supposed to be used for “black money scam’’.
According to Pol. Lt.Col Chitdecha Songhong, the Chief of Thailand Transnation Coordination Center, these set of people including those that are yet to be discovered had cheated many people. These amounts range from $20,000-$50,000 per victim. They usually operate by claiming they can double the money for the targets. They start by cutting papers into the size of dollar bills and consequently soaking them into black ink. Finally, they deceive their victims to buy a chemical claimed to be used in washing the black ink in order to turn it into US dollar bills.
When their victims are finally convinced, they usually bring more money to buy the chemical. This is in anticipation that the black money will be washed and turned into US dollar. Unfortunately, this is never the case.

Obama Article of Black’s Embracing White Fashion is Not Racist, Elle

The Obama’s article of black’s embracing white fashion is Not Racist according to Elle, “It was about putting the spotlight on the Obama’s who are fascinating the worlds of fashion and entertainment.” Those were the argument of French fashion bible Elle who has repudiated charges of racism after unleashing a storm by suggesting that a black American elite, inspired by the Obama couple, was finally embracing “white” fashion.
The January 13th blog post that was titled “Black fashion power” has drawn streams of angry complaint on both sides of the Atlantic, with the New York Daily News tabloid saying it accomplished the task to “insult black Americans as a whole”.
In the article, which Elle’s has sine removed from its website, journalist Nathalie Dolivo refers to singers Erykah Badu or Rihanna and the actress Zoe Saldana, as black Americans who understood “the importance of style”.

According to her words, “In an America governed for the first time by a black American president, chic has become a plausible option for a community up until then bound by its streetwear codes”.
She contended that “In 2012, the ‘black-geoisie‘ has integrated all the white codes … but with a twist, bourgeois with an ethnic reference that recalls their roots.”
The Huffington Post US website criticised the article last week, saying a clumsy attempt to applause black style had “unravelled into a string of controversial, stereotypical and insulting statements.”
Huffington Post threw in the question, “So, being chic and sophisticated beyond jeans and a T-shirt has only been an option for black people since 2008 when Michelle Obama became First Lady?”
According to French star journalist Audrey Pulvar, one of the rare black faces in France’s media landscape, the article is “racist and imbecilic”.
In a statement delivered on Wednesday night, the body acting on behalf of journalists in the style weekly defended their title.
“No ‘Elle’ is not racist,” the Société Des Journalists said in a statement, maintaining the magazine had “never stopped campaigning for the dignity of all women for more than 60 years.”

Elle editor Valerie Toranian also published an online apology, saying the weekly was “deeply sorry” to have triggered offence, and has invited an anti-racism body to take part in a debate about the article.
In a new post on Elle’s site, Dolivo also apologises for the piece, saying it was an endeavour to take a “positive” look at US society and style.
She wrote that “It was about putting the spotlight on these new figures who are unsettling and fascinating the worlds of fashion and entertainment.”
