The 28-year-old wife of Russian millionaire businessman and former Soviet KGB spy Alexander Lebedev revealed her quick transformation in a photo shoot for Vogue Russia.
“Normally doctors say “yes” to sport only three months after giving birth. ‘But I started earlier, just two weeks afterwards, even though I had a Caesarian,” Elena told Vogue Magazine.
The supermodel, wife, and mother used Instagram in sharing the tasking regime she had to undergo in order to get back in shape. It took her 60 days to get her current look. “I started exercising just two weeks afterwards, even though I had a Caesarian. There were no breaks at weekends,” she said.
Elena’s photos and the article on Vogue have sparked an online debate with many alleging the lifestyle she’s promoting is unrealistic for new mums.

Let’s not get it twisted, I am not saying that we must all look like those named above, but let’s face it, a snatched waist and a firm stomach is what most of us desire, whether you are a man or woman, young or old. However, before you run out and part with your cash to follow this latest trend, you may want to research which is the right waist trainer for you depending on how you want to use it.
Such as, do you want to simply clinch your waist in just for the evening to give you that hourglass figure in your LBD, or do you wish to wear it every day to achieve your long-term goal of losing weight. Whatever your aim, better results are achieved by adopting a healthier diet.
