To celebrate the 36th birthday of her husband, Chrissy Teigen posted an adorable baby doppelganger photo of baby Caden that looked so much like John Legend. The model posted the fake baby photo of John Legend on Instagram yesterday with the caption: “Happy birthday to my best friend in the whole wide world @johnlegend I love you schmoopy no you schmoopy no you schmoopy.”
While little Caden’s photo went viral a few months ago when it was posted on Twitter by her aunt, many media have forgotten about it as they are now reporting it to be the actual photo of John Legend.
Earlier this year (April 20th), a baby photo that looked so much like John Legend was posted online by proud aunt Rachel Ayanaw on Twitter. The image was accompanied by the text: “My nephew looks like John Legend lol.” The “Used to Love U” singer’s doppelganger is a little baby named Caden who was 4 months old at the time the picture was posted online on Easter Sunday.
Legend replied by sharing his real baby picture on Istagram with the caption: “My actual baby picture. For comparison’s sake.” His wife who was excited by the striking resemblance tweeted: “Oh my god please stop I have seen the baby that looks like john.” The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl added, “I HAVE SEEN IT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.”
Of course, the fake baby Legend photo looks more like the older John Legend than his actual baby picture is, but he’s still not the singer.
On November 30th when wife Chrissy Teigen turned 29, the “Ordinary People” singer also shared a throwback picture of his wife when she was just a little girl. The picture posted on Instagram was captioned: “Happy birthday baby!”
