The Mexican-born actress stepped out on Saturday looking flawless in a leather-accented green coat and a beige fedora hat. The 32-year-old star, whose style is always flawless was spotted in the outfit while on her way to a Public Theater in Manhattan. She wore a black turtleneck sweater and indigo drainpipe denim jeans under her coat.
The Kenyan actress and multiple awards winning star completed the look with a red bowling bag, a pair of black ankle boots, and shaded her eyes with a pair of mirrored sunglasses.

Tulane Med Student Peter Gold Shot In Stomach Saving Woman Being Dragged Down Deserted Street
Peter Gold, a fourth-year medical student at Tulane University is currently in the hospital and being treated for the gun injuries he sustained while trying to save a woman that was being dragged down a deserted street against her wish.
Gold, who was driving along the road when he saw a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt dragging his victim down the sidewalk to a parked SUV in the 1000 block of St. Mary Street, New Orleans – parked his car and ran to rescue the woman.
But Gold’s kind gesture angered the assailant who pointed his semi-automatic pistol at his head. He pulled the trigger, but the gun jammed.
That was when he lowered his weapon and shot Gold in the stomach. The 25-year-old med student falls to the sidewalk and curls into a ball. The man pointed the gun at his head a second time and pulled the trigger. The gun jammed again.

The assailant tried two more times to shoot Gold in the head. But each time he did, the gun jammed. Frustrated and shaky from his unsuccessful murder attempt due to his malfunctioning weapon, the assailant jumps into his car and sped away.
Gold is expected to make a full recovery. The assailant is still at large and Tulane University is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone with information leading to his arrest and indictment.
Adama Jobe Is Miss Africa Netherlands 2015 – 2016
Adama Jobe is the winner of Miss Africa Netherlands 2015 – 2016 that took place last weekend in Amsterdam. The top Gambian model won the contest and took the crown from Rosemary Kargbo who was Miss Africa Netherlands 2013 – 2014.
“I was very nervous but composed, praying silently as I was about to get on stage. When I got on the stage, everything felt great but winning was the greatest accomplishment,” said the 20-year-old after being declared the winner of the pageant.
On the daring Michael Jackson impersonation, Adama said: “I’ve always loved dancing. When I was in high school I got into break-dancing. I found it interesting because not every girl can see themselves doing it. I chose it as my talent in the pageant, because the first time I told a few friends about it one of them told me ‘That’s not a female thing to do’ and being the feminist that I am, I replied: ‘What a man can do, a woman can do,’ and so I did.”
Speaking of being a changemaker and starting a foundation, the beauty queen said” “Well it’s one thing to be a beauty queen with a crown but it’s another thing to be a role model and change maker. The journey doesn’t end here; this is the beginning. I intend on travelling back to The Gambia to start my organisation, and start the real work.”
Miss Africa Netherlands is an initiative aimed at empowering women of African descent residing in the Netherlands.

In Nigeria, the groom usually selects his groomsmen from his family members and close friends. Out of these groomsmen, the man of the day will select his best man. But it looks like the trends are changing now, as one can now rent a groomsman for their wedding.
A few days ago, a Twitter user posted several tweets in a search of a groomsman to rent and pay. At first, it looked like it was a joke, but when he continued tweeting the criteria to the selected, how much would be paid for the service, the perks that follow the service, and even negotiating with interested Twitter users, we thought it was a good idea to share it with our readers and also find out their views.
On the topic, a Nairaland commenter that goes by the username Bellville wrote: “I actually know someone who rented groomsmen for his wedding. There is a group of 5 guys in Abesan estate who act as groomsmen. They have different suit colours. Just name your colour and provide a car for pick up to the venue.”

ISIS Claims Responsibility for Paris Terror Attacks, says France is their ‘Key Target
Islamic State (ISIS) has claimed responsibility for Friday night’s attacks on Paris and has threatened to carry out further attacks against France. According to the group, France is their ‘key target’ and the attacks were a retaliation for its bombing in Syria. The claims were made in a statement that was released by the group.
Official statement from the French authorities says about 127 people were killed during the horrific attack. Over 200 more were injured, 99 critically.
Three of the attackers are believed to have lived in Brussels. Police have raided their neighbourhood and made some arrests. One is a 30-year-old French national, another is from Egypt. There was also a Syrian among the attackers. It is reported the Syrian attacker is a refugee who entered Europe through Greece.
French President Hollande has said the attacks were an “act of war … prepared and planned elsewhere, with outside involvement which this investigation will seek to establish”. He added that France will be “ruthless in its response” and declared three days of national mourning.
Paris Attack: Hostage Siege At Concert Hall Over
There is still a state of emergency in Paris at the moment but the hostage siege at a concert hall that lasted for hours, is finally over. At the moment, France has shut its borders as it is working towards restoring calm and order to the city again. This is a very huge threat and attack to France in recent memories as it is bigger than the London underground attack that took place over 10 years ago.
One of the many attacks took place at a club, two took place in restaurants, and it is alleged there were about 6-7 attacks in total. There are still concern more attacks might take place over the next hours or day. No one has taken claim for this attack.
Paris shooting: Several killed and Injured after Another Attack
Not long ago after facing a deadly terrorist attract that took the lives of many, Paris has witnessed another terror attack.
Many people have been killed – while several others have been injured as a result of several shootings and explosions across central Paris today. This is happening less that a year after a similar attack took place at the office of a French cartoon magazine in Paris that all took many lives and a police officer on duty.
Earlier reports claimed about 18 people were dead as a result of the attack. But it looks like the number has now skyrocketed. According to latest reports, over 60 are dead, according to BFMTV. “Hundreds” held hostage in the Bataclan night club. Security forces fear that there are “several hostage takings underway” in Paris, the the UK Telegraph reports.
The Charlie Hebdo attack that took place earlier this year also involved a hostage situation at the magazine office as well as another at a supermarket.
