The whole collection was made with black fabrics. From maxi gowns to midi dresses, jumpsuits, kimonos, jackets, blouses, and pants made with sheer black fabrics.

Check out these latest and graceful African styles from Thula Sindi. White and black are the dominant colours in the collection. The fabrics used are a mixture of print and plain fabrics as well as chiffon, satin, cotton and much more. Most of the designs are flowy and makes the model look graceful as they strut the wares on the runway.
The Thula Sindi fashion brand was established in 2005 and it makes mainly work and outing clothing. The brand makes each of its pieces based on its five principals which are: wearability, quality, accessibility, style and value.
Thula Sind studied at LISOF Fashion Design School and Retail Education Institute. LISOF is a Johannesburg based university that has a reputation for being one of the most progressive fashion design school and retail education institution in South Africa.

Here are some pieces from Bunmi Koko designs. The Nigerian-British designer showcased her recent collection themed Kaleidoscopia at the recently concluded London Fashion Week event where she showcased her designs to an international audience. For the last couple of years, African fashion has been growing and a lot of African designers are carving a name for themselves in the fashion world.
Last year, the African designer was commissioned by the American First Lady, Michelle Obama to design a jacket for her. This added more spotlight and visibility to the designers’ brand and collection.
Bunmi Koko was established in 2009 by British-Nigerian fashion designer Bunmi Olaye and her partner Francis Udom. She is originally from Nigeria and studied at the London College of Fashion. apart from fashion and designing clothes, she is also involved with the United Nations World Food Programme.

Once they gain the women’s trust, they move on to use them as mules for their drug trafficking business.
Sometimes, these women recruit their friends into the crime world to work for these drug syndicates. The African countries mainly known for practicing this organized crimes are from Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone.
