According to a report by the UK Independent, King Togbe Ngoryifia Céphas Kosi Bansah governs his Ghanaian kingdom using Skype and telephone calls.
The 66-year-old king who went to Germany many years ago as a foreign exchange student met and fell in love with Gabrielle, a woman that became his wife and made him make the decision to settle in Germany.
In 1987, he was crowned the king of Hohoe in southern Ghana when his grandfather who was the reigning king then died. According to him, his father and elder brother were bypassed because they were left handed and are not allowed to become king in their tradition as they (left handed people ) are seen as unclean and dishonest.
The Skype king made the news after his house in Ludwigshafen, Germany was burgled and his royal regalia, as well as crowns and golden chains he inherited from his grandparents were stolen. The stolen properties are estimated to worth £15,900.
“Thieves had come over the balcony on the first floor, prised the door open, smashed the cabinets and ransacked everything,” he told The Times.

Elizabeth Lauten, who is the communications director for Republican Stephen Fincher of Tennessee posted a text on her Facebook page on Thursday, November 27th referring to the President’s daughters dressing during the annual White House turkey pardoning ceremony.
“Dear Sasha and Malia, I get you’re both in those awful teen years, but you’re a part of the First Family, try showing a little class. At least respect the part you play. Then again your mother an father don’t respect their positions very much, or the nation for that matter, so Im guessing you’re coming up a little short in the “good role model” department. Nevertheless, stretch yourself. Rise to the occasion. Act like being in the White House Matters to you. Dress like you deserve respect, not a spot at a bar. And certainly don’t make faces during televised public events”, she posted.
Her calling out the president’s 13 and 16-year-old teenagers saying they looked classless and dressed for the bar was badly received by the public who called her out and found her post to be ironic since the daughters of George Bush, who was a Republican president were known for numerous alcohol-related charges.
After receiving many backlashes from the public, on Friday the 28th of November, Lauten posted the apology below.

Officer Darren Wilson who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager has resigned from the Ferguson police force five days after a jury came to the conclusion he will not be indicted. Wilson who has been on administrative leave since the event took place on August 9 resigned yesterday November 29th saying he has been told his continued stay with the police force will cause harm to other officers and members of the community.
The jury’s decision not to indict Wilson caused mayhem in the US as a supposed peaceful protest demanding justice for the 18-year-old black teenager turned into violence where businesses and properties were burnt down and looting took place. Officer Wilson shot the unarmed Michael Brown multiple times and says he has a clean conscience about what he did – in an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.
A copy of Wilson’s resignation letter was obtained by ABC News and it reads,
“I, Darren Wilson, hereby resign my commission as a police officer with the City of Ferguson effective immediately. I have been told that my continued employment may put the residents and police officers of the City of Ferguson at risk, which is a circumstance that I cannot allow. For obvious reasons, I wanted to wait until the grand jury made their decision before I officially made my decision to resign. It was my hope to continue in police work, but the safety of other police officers and the community are of paramount importance to me. It is my hope that my resignation will allow the community to heal. I would like to thank all of my supporters and fellow officers throughout this process.”

The American rapper, producer, and actor, Busta Rhymes whose real name is Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr was left with a head injury after falling off stage while performing at a live concert in New York City. Rhymes was a surprise guest at O.T. Genasis’ show at Webster Hall. The rapper lost his balance and fell off the stage while performing the hit “CoCo” and banging his head. He sustained some injuries from the fall and bleeding from the head as he reappeared from the crowd.
Before the fall, the rapper was seen smoking a cigar and holding a bottle of whisky that he was drinking from.
Thanking his family and friends for their support as well as reassuring his fans he was ok, the rapper tweeted, “I salute all calls from family and friends makin’ sure I’m good. Just 4 the record I’m super good!! When u love what u do and ur passionate..”
On the passion for winning and his falling off the stage he tweeted, “And ur passionate about winning u go hard!!! We done fell off stages and broke limbs while performing and kept going!!! We stay on level 10… He continued, “We always will be on 10!! We just took 1 step 2 far off the stage and that was it!! Shit happens but I love it cause we live it!!”
He went on to thank Genasisishere for making a song that made him fall off the stage and said they’ll never stop.
“Congrats 2 o.t.@genasisishere for makin’ a record like #coco that made me bust my ass (lmfao) cause a record ain’t make me do that in years!!,” he tweeted. Nigerian Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw was photographed wearing a dress inspired by Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan’s signature outfit while attending the president Jonathan’s reception that took place at Eko Hotel last night November 28, 2014.
Kate wore the Ijaw traditional signature outfit that President Jonathan is popular known for wearing. The President Goodluck Jonathan inspired dress was created by Mai Atafo designs and they used a similar material and colour just like that of the president. The dress has a long side slit to make it more feminine and has a similar chain that runs from the middle neckline and curves down to the left pocket. Kate completed her look with a black hat similar to that of the president, a red lipstick, black sandals, and a silver pair of earrings.

Earlier in October, black British supermodel Naomi Campbell announced she was working to launch benefit fashion shows in February to help raise money to fight Ebola. Naomi said she will be organising one of the shows at the 2015 edition of New York Fashion Week while another one will be taking place in London.
