While most couples enjoy their first night as husband and wife together, American rapper Xzibit was without his wife and chilling with the Laguna police as he was arrested for DUI a few hours after getting married to long time girlfriend, Krista.
The couple’s wedding took place on the night of Saturday November 29th near Laguna Beach in California. And according to TMZ, the “Pimp My Ride” presenter and his bride partied hard at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. The following day which was Sunday, the couple were pelted with rice before presumably leaving the venue together.
But the 40-year-old rapper who once belonged to the group, The Alkaholiks, was interrupted by the cops in Laguna for speeding. During the control, it was discovered he was smelling from too much alcohol consumption and was immediately arrested for drink driving and taken to the station where a mugshot of him was taken.
According to Captain Jason Kravetz: ‘The officer contacted the driver and smelled alcohol. This started a driving under the influence investigation which ended with the arrest of [Xzibit].’
