It was more like a scene from a movie than reality – as a footage shows one of South Africa’s best known TV journalists being mugged on camera as he and his crew waited for signals to go on air.
The unbelievable incident took place yesterday evening while the crew were waiting for the arrival of
SABC editor, Vuyo Mvoko was mugged this evening while covering the arrival of Zambian President Edgar Lungu, at a hospital in Johannesburg. Two men accosted the crew while they were waiting for directives from their TV station and robbed them – live on TV…and everyone watching at home saw it.
