RWANDAN DIPLOMAT, EVODO MUDAHERANWA THE SECOND IN COMMAND AT THE RWANDAN EMBASSY IN STOCKHOLM IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN DEPORTED FROM SWEDEN.
According to the Swedish government on Tuesday, it had expelled a foreign diplomat. Amid reports the person in question was a high level official at the Rwandan embassy in Stockholm.
Conferring the incident, the Swedish foreign ministry spokesman, Theo Zetterman told AFP “We can confirm that we have expelled a diplomat”. He however refused to provide any information on the identity or nationality of the diplomat or the reasons for the expulsion.
