The “Occupy Nigeria” protest against fuel subsidy removal took place on January the 10th 2012 in front of the Nigerian House (Nigerian Embassy). The demonstration is as a part of the protest that has been going on in Nigeria, London and Washington DC.
At the New York Demonstration, Nigerian House brought an imitator to mimic Goodluck Jonathan. Eggs were thrown at the imitator. In addition, and insults were thrown at him to show the pain and anger the subsidy removal is causing the Nigerian citizens across the world.
