The MTV Africa Music Awards 2014 (#MTVMama Awards) took place on June 7, 2014, at the International Convention Centre in Durban, South Africa. The event was hosted by American actor/comedian Marlon Wayans. At the event, a lot of artist across Africa were given awards according to the different categories in which they made the most impact.
While some did not get a nomination talkless of an award, a few of them were able to go home with multiple awards. Davido, Mafikozolo, Uhuru and Clarence Peters were the big winners at the fourth edition of the MTV Africa Music Awards. See the full list below.
