Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda attended the inauguration ceremony of Nigerian actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot wearing a blue dress and a pair of blue net sandals. Monalisa, who in 2011 was was crowned the Face of Port Harcourt Carnival Queen completed her look with a cream animal skin handbag and a pair of sunglasses.
The Port Harcourt born celebrity was there with fellow actor, Ramsey Noah to support colleague Desmond Elliot who officially became a member of the House of Assembly today.
