Oscar Award winning actress Lupita Nyong’o is the cover girl of VOGUE USA July 2014 issue. Lupita shot to fame after playing Patsey, a slave in Steve McQueen’s film, “12 Years A Slave”. Since then, the Mexican-born Kenyan actress has graced the covers of several international magazines such as Spain’s ‘YO DONA’, Peru’s ‘Cosas’, W Magazine, and much more. This is the first time the fashionable star is gracing the cover of Vogue USA.
Lupita’s American Vogue cover shoot was shot by photographer, Mikael Jansson. For the cover shoot, the fashionable star wore a dress from Prada fall/winter 2014 collection. The photos for the inside spreads were shot in Morocco.
