Losego Mosepo, the South African actress best known for her role as “Letti Matabane” on South African/Mnet soap Isidingo is dead. The motivational speaker and AIDS ambassador was found dead in her home in Randburg, South Africa.
According to a statement from her family spokesperson, Gabi Tabane, “Today, we are really heartbroken to share that Lesego Motsepe passed away. She was found dead this morning at 11 o’clock by her brother Moemise Motsepe,”
“She was confirmed dead at one o’clock by paramedics who indicated that she died of natural causes,” he added.
In 2011, the motivational speaker made it publicly known that she has been living with HIV/AIDS since 1998. She made the announcement on World Aids Day, in a bid to help fight the stigma people living with HIV/AIDS face.
the actress’s body was found by her brother, Moemise Motsepe at about 11am on Monday. “Lesego was a loving daughter, sister, a motivational speaker and friend,” the family’s statement said.
The actress left behind, her mother – Ivy Skhosana, and her two brothers – Andile Skosana and Moemise Motsepe.
