The World Trade Centre has been reopened, 13 years after it was blown up by Al-Qaeda terrorist who took the lives of thousands of people inside the building when a plane crashed into it on September 11, 2001. The building is 104-story high and cost the sum of $3.9 billion to complete. It is now the tallest building in america.
