Kenneth Gbandi the sports director of NCG FC Hamburg and the CEO of Heritage Consult has won the election as the new African Representative in the Hamburg Parliament last november 2011. Mr Gbandi is a member of the German Union of Journalists and of the Hamburg Chamber of commerce.

Mr. Gbandi holds a BSc degree in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, majoring in Economic Geography. He finished his NYSC (National Youth Service Crops) with a state award in Edo-State Nigeria, for outstanding and innovative services. He also took business and legal courses at the University of Hamburg. Recently he bagged a Masters degree in Peace and Securities. He is the publisher and Editor-in-Chief of the first Afro-European Society and Entertainment magazine in Germany, a Magazine projecting the splendour of Africa.
