Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger has somewhat confirmed they are in a romantic relationship by having a very public kiss. The pair, who are both 21 were first seen together in 2011.
Patrick is a model. He is the first son as well as the third child of American journalist and author, Maria Shriver and action film star and former California Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
