    Having burst onto our style radar as the Nigerian gay man who dresses as a woman and nicknamed himself as the Nigerian barbie, we’re are taking a look at some of Bobrisky’s fashion style as the hashtag, #FreeBobrisky is currently trending online.

    Bobrisky, whose real name is Idris Okuneye was arrested yesterday and the #FreeBobrisky hashtag started trending. Most of the people who campaigned for his release alleged it was because he came out of the closet as a gay man.

    But Bobrisky, who has now been released has come out to deny the claims that his arrest was as a result of his sexuality. According to what he told LIB in an interview, the Nigerian crossdresser said he was arrested by Nigerian celebrity stylist and fashion designer, Toyin Lawani.

    Bobrisky, who has bleached his skin by using different kinds of skin lightening product is also a bleaching expert like the like of Pele Okiemute who mixes and sells skin lightening products to his clients.

    According to the crossdresser’s claims, Toyin Lawani arrested and accused him of stealing his clients and selling bleaching creams to them. He also said the Nigerian designer and mother of two said he used to work for her but that it was all lies.

    The self-acclaimed Nigerian barbie said he’ll be going to Abuja to sort out the case as that was the place the case was originally reported. Bobrisky was allegedly arrested in Lagos by the operatives of the Lagos state police command. He spent a night at the police station and his #FreeBobrisky hashtag was a popular one.

    So, now that he has been released and enjoying his freedom, we take a look at some of his fashion style. From pants and tops to dresses, makeup, hairdo, and much more, Bobrisky takes his crossdressing very seriously. This is something that has made him famous among his numerous followers on Instagram and Snapchat.
