In a bid to achieve her desired look of a cartoon character, 25-year-old Swedish model had six of her lower ribs removed. Pixie Fox, who was a former electrician said she has spent over $119,200 (£79,160) on surgical procedures to achieve her dream look. The life-changing surgical operation has shrunk the model’s waist to a record-breaking 14 inches. While she has a massive chest and hips, her waist is very tiny.
